LG to introduce competitor to Amazon Echo and Google Home on January 4th at CES

LG plans on introducing a number of new robots this coming Wednesday at CES in Las Vegas. Among these robots is the "Hub Robot" which will be LG's challenge to Google Home and Amazon Echo. The latter two are voice activated personal assistants that also help control smart home products such as thermostats, lights and entertainmentsystems. This is accomplished through the use of AI technology.

Also expected to be unveiled on Wednesday at CES will be a robot that will tend to its owner's yard and garden. Other models designed for commercial use will be unveiled in Las Vegas on January 4th. ...
