Samsung last slates of the Tab-series were released as far back as 2015, so it's definitely a time for refresh. The company might have heard a rumor or two that Apple will be upgrading its iPad line this spring, and reacts accordingly with the newly-coined Tab S3 10-incher, plus two Windows-powered Samsung Books with Intel Kaby Lake processors.
