Usually, Samsung uses MWC to announce its new Galaxy S flagship. This year, though, the South Korean tech giant decided to delay the announcement for reasons we've talked about numerous times. So, the most exciting device we got was the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. And while it doesn't compensate for the lack of a Samsung flagship, the Galaxy Tab S3 is a very solid tablet.
