New version of Pixel Launcher brings back the Google search bar

When the Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL launched last year, the new Pixel Launcher came with the pair of handsets. Instead of offering the usual Google search bar, a pill shaped Google widget was found on the left of the screen, with the temperature and date found on the right.
