Today, April 5, the HTC U Ultra is receiving its first important software update - just a couple of weeks after the handset was released in the US and other markets around the world. According to Mo Versi, Vice President of product management at HTC, the update should be rolled out starting tonight in the US, and "will improve experience with bug fixes and additional features on the second screen." Following the update, users will be able to control which apps they want to see on the phone's ticker screen (we're not sure why this wasn't available from the beginning).
