Don't be frightened! Xiaomi Jason is merely the 'more affordable' mid-range Mi 6c?

Ever since the Xiaomi Mi 4c made its appearance in 2015, Xiaomi has followed the introduction of its flagship phones with a more affordable mid-range "c" model. Last year it was the Xiaomi Mi 5c and this year, it will be the Xiaomi Mi 6c. Speaking of the latter, a phone has been benchmarked on GFXBench which sources believe to be the Mi 6c.
