Accessory maker Spigen claims Andy Rubin's Essential is infringing on its trademark

At this point you've probably heard of Essential, Andy Rubin's latest tech startup, right? If you haven't, here's the gist of it: there's a new player in the smartphone, smart home, and accessory game, and it's one that isn't afraid to put some new ideas on the table right from the start.
