Cheap Coolpad Splatter is the newest unlocked Android Nougat phone released in the US

Coolpad, which you may know as the maker of various affordable smartphones sold via T-Mobile, this week released a new Android handset that's being offered unlocked in the US. Called Coolpad Splatter, the new phone can be bought from Amazon for $139.99.

The Coolpad Splatter doesn't seem to have any particular strengths, other than being a cheap, decent handset. The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch IPS display with 720 x 1280 pixels, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor aided by 2 GB of RAM.
