Will Samsung launch a cheaper version of the Galaxy Note 8 with 4GB of RAM?

Priced at nearly $1000, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is going to be too expensive for some consumers to buy. But Samsung appears to be sensitive to this issue, and if a report published this morning is legit, it seems that a model with a lowered amount of 4GB of RAM is going to be available so that those with a smaller amount of discretionary income can afford the device. All other specs remain the same.
