If some recent rumors hold any water, Microsoft might be about to enter the mobile browser wars with a bang by porting its sleek Edge browser to both Android and iOS.
According to the rumor mill, Microsoft Edge will become multi-platform by the end of 2017, which means that Redmond now has less than three months to make the browser available for the leading mobile operating systems. The spiritual successor to the notorious Internet Explorer debuted a few years ago alongside Windows 10.
