New EU-US Data Transferring Agreement Returning To EU’s Top Court For Review

An Irish court sent the Privacy Shield agreement back to the CJEU for review, worrying that the existing data transfer deals don't offer sufficient privacy protections against U.S. government agencies' espionage programs.
