OnePlus 5 finally gets its first Android 8.0 Oreo beta build

It's a good time to be a OnePlus smartphone user, as the Chinese company had some nice surprises for its customers. After launching its new flagship earlier this month, OnePlus released last week Android 8.0 Oreo for the last year's top-tier smartphones.

A few weeks ago, the handset maker promised the update would arrive on the OnePlus 5 as well, but in the form of a beta first. Today is the day that OnePlus 5 owners enrolled in the beta program can download the first Android 8.0 Oreo beta build.
