Samsung Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+ to be offered in purple?

According to a report published today, Samsung brass is considering purple as a color option for the Samsung Galaxy S9. You might recall that earlier this year, prior to the unveiling of Sammy's current flagship line, images of a purple Samsung Galaxy S8 graced our pages although the phone was never released in that hue. According to today's report, this will be a darker shade of purple that would be considered closer to a violet color.
