Google has just released it's Android 9.0 developer preview, which is essentially an early build of the OS. With it also came the Android 9.0 Launcher so you can try it out, but in case you don't want to upgrade to an unfinished build, you can manually download only the launcher APK.
So what's new with it? Well, not much. One of the notable differences is the bottom side of the home screen, where the Google Search Bar and app shortcuts are located.
