It looks like Verizon is the first US carrier to roll out the long-awaited Android 8.0 Oreo update for the LG G6. Unfortunately, Verizon hasn't yet updated the phone's support page, so it's unclear what security patch the update contains.However, we do know this is a pretty sizable update, as it weighs in at around 1.9GB, so make sure you have enough storage before attempting to download it. Thanks to a screenshot, we also know some of the changes confirmed to be part of the update: Picture In Picture, Notifications Visual Cleanup, and Notifications Badges.
