Last weekend, in the aftermath of AT&T's purchase of Time Warner, the nation's second largest carrier announced that it will launch a new app called "WatchTV" that streams television content from AT&T owned cable networks. Actually, much of the content comes from the former Turner properties that were included in the $85 billion transaction.
