It’s fair to say that the rollout of the Android 8.0 Oreo update for 2017’s LG G6 has been pretty slow. First, roughly three weeks ago, the new software began hitting Verizon’s devices, while Sprint's customers got a taste of the software two weeks later. Now, after yet another week, it has been confirmed that both owners of the unlocked variant and those on AT&T can finally take advantage of the software.
In terms of what the update has to offer, LG has limited itself to simply offering the native features that Android Oreo brings, this that means Picture in Picture support, new notification ...
