Sometimes you just have to scratch your head and ask yourself "what the hell were they thinking?" Case in point, Sony's mobile division. According to a report published today, the company will launch the Sony Xperia XZ2 in India for a mind blowing 72,990 Rupees. That is equivalent to $1,062 USD at current exchange rates. The issue isn't necessarily the actual price (although it seems steep no matter how you slice it), but the fact that Sony is even asking for so much in a market that isn't overflowing with money.
