Apple and Huawei led the notched smartphone trend during the first half of 2018

It may be one of the most controversial design trends in recent years but the popularity of the smartphone notch just continues to grow and, during the first six months of 2018, a total of 86.1 million notch-bearing smartphones were shipped.
