With the launch of Android 7.0 Nougat back in August of 2016, Google commenced a new annual launch timeline for its operating system that would see major releases roll out in the eight month of each year. And if a recent Tweet from Evan Blass that hints at the release date is anything to go by, it seems Android 9.0 P will follow suit by making its debut on August 20.
