iPhone XR finally receives FCC approval ahead of October 26 release

Shortly after Apple’s event earlier this month it was revealed that the upcoming iPhone XR had still not received its FCC approval. But now, just over two weeks later, the cheaper iPhone device has finally been certified, paving the way for its release next month.

Much like the flagship iPhone XS and XS Max, the iPhone XR makes use of an all-screen design that mimics last year’s iPhone X.
