LG G5 Android Oreo rollout is underway in Korea, Western waiting prolongs

Software support used to be very important for LG, which made quite a few headlines back in the day for commercially releasing the world’s first smartphone powered by Android 7.0 Nougat out the box.

Fast forward a couple of years, and the company is not only finding it difficult to turn a profit from its long-struggling mobile division, also standing out as a big loser in terms of Oreo updates.
