YouTube Music for Android gains new streaming and download quality controls

Google promised last month that it will bring new features and improvements to YouTube Music more often, and today's update is one of the updates that fulfills that promise. The new streaming and download quality controls added in the latest update were announced back in August, so they're not really a surprise.

To make use of the new streaming controls, simply head to Settings and tap “Audio quality on mobile network” or “Audio quality on Wi-Fi.” Each of these new settings have four options: Low, Normal, High, and Always High.
