HTC schedules event next week, might announce the HTC U19e

Although HTC’s smartphone business may seem pretty dead at the moment, the company is actually gearing up to launch a new product. And in order to commemorate its arrival, the Taiwan-based company has announced a new event on June 11th that’ll be held in China.

HTC is reportedly developing its own 5G flagship that’ll compete with the Galaxy S10 5G and LG V50 ThinQ 5G, but this device is nowhere to be seen at the moment. Instead, the announcement next week is expected to focus on the company’s upcoming mid-range offering. ...
