The first details about a Verizon-bound Nokia smartphone emerged for the first time back in March, but no word on the budget-friendly smartphone popped up in the meantime. Out of nowhere, HMD Global announced earlier today that its Nokia 3 V smartphone will be available for purchase from Verizon on August 23.The Nokia 3 V will be exclusive to Verizon, so this is the only place where you'll be able to grab the phone for just $168. Also, customers can purchase the smartphone for just $7/month for 24 months via a device payment plan.
