Unlocked HTC 10 gets a new software update, system and security enhancements included

Almost one month after being updated to Android 7 Nougat, the unlocked HTC 10 is now receiving another software update. This new update (firmware number 2.38.617.6) is rolling out in the US starting today, December 22, and weighs in at 609.58 MB, so it's pretty substantial.

According to HTC, the update includes system enhancements, as well as a "security update by Google" (most likely, this means the December security patch). 

There's not much else that HTC is sharing about this update, but you'll probably notice some changes once you download and install it. Mind ...
