Samsung showcases its stretchable OLED display in new video

After making its stretchable OLED display official last week, Samsung has now published an interesting split-screen video that showcases the technology from closer up.

The display shown in the video is a 9.1-inch OLED panel that Samsung claims has a travel of up to 12 mm and can stretch in both directions, all the while maintaining high resolution, after which it returns to its original, flat position. The video shows in real time how the panel looks from above and below when pressure is applied to its surface.
