
As we told you last week (and the Wall Street Journal told you nearly a week later), Apple will introduce the 2017 iPhone models on September 12th. And that means we are extremely close to the release of iOS 11, the latest build of Apple's mobile operating system. Today, Apple released iOS 11 beta 8 to developers and iOS 11 public beta 7. That means that both registered developers and iOS users who signed up for the public betas can install the appropriate version of the operating system on their iOS device.
