Samsung posts a "Thank You" for all its fans

The second half of last year was not a good time for Samsung's reputation. It is the time when the Note 7 saga began – first with explosions, then with recalls, then with exploding devices that were re-released as "Safe". Ouch! Needless to say, Samsung was hard at work trying to recollect all of the Note 7 units that were out there in the wild all the while posting a new apology at least once a week.
