WSJ says 2017 Apple iPhone models will be unveiled on September 12th

Last week, we passed along a rumor that called for Apple to unveil the Apple iPhone 7s, Apple iPhone 7s Plus and the tenth anniversary iPhone (currently known as the Apple iPhone 8) on September 12th. Today's Wall Street Journal says that Apple has scheduled a product announcement event on that rumored date of September 12th. The event is supposedly going to take place at the new Steve Jobs theater on Apple's campus. The new venue seats 1,000 people.
