HTC to launch fewer smartphones in 2018, including a mid-range version of U11+

HTC is having a hard time, especially after selling most of its mobile staff to Google. Even so, the Taiwanese company plans a comeback in the smartphone business, but that might not happen in 2018.

According to industry sources, HTC will launch a limited number of smartphones in 2018. The company's R&D and marketing efforts will focus on a single flagship and a few mid-range Android smartphones, which will be released next year.
