Justice is best served cold, and an European court just proved it by upholding Apple's patent claim against Xiaomi about the Mi Pad tablet naming that was lodged way back in 2014. At the time, Apple couldn't do much with the Mi Pad being sold in China, despite the obviously similar naming schemes and design execution, as copycat claims usually get lost in the vast confines of the Chinese bureaucratic machine, but the EU is another matter.
