Slowly but surely, Google is updating all its iOS apps to properly support Apple's iPhone X and its unusual 5.8‑inch Super Retina screen. The very latest Google-made app that's gained iPhone X support - thanks to an update released today, December 4 - is Gmail. Weirdly, there's no mention of iPhone X support in the "What's New" notes of the updated Gmail app (version 5.0.171119).
