Amazon's newest Fire TV Stick can do 4K, HDR+ and Dolby Vision at a crazy low price

In anticipation of next week’s guaranteed announcement of a third-generation Google Chromecast, Amazon has just taken the wraps off its third Fire TV Stick variant, which is the first to support 4K Ultra HD video streaming.

The aptly named Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K is marketed as the “most powerful streaming stick available”, packing a brand-new 1.7 GHz quad-core processor (up from a 1.3 GHz quad-core chip on the second-gen Fire TV Stick), and handling every modern video and audio technology, HDR, HDR 10, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ included.
