The cheapest Nokia smartphone is now up for pre-order in the US

HMD Global, the Finnish company that makes Nokia smartphones, has been pumping out new devices like there's no tomorrow. Some of them have been introduced in the US as well, while others will never be launched in the country since they're specifically created for non-developed markets.

However, Nokia 1.3, one of the most recent smartphones unveiled by HMD Global, isn't one of those devices that will never come to the US. As a matter of fact, Nokia fans can already for just $99.
