New Android One handset features a fingerprint scanner and more

The original idea of Android One was to expand the use of Android in emerging markets. To do this, local manufactures followed certain specifications developed by Google to produce low-priced stock Android handsets. The latest Android One phones come with Android 7.0 pre-installed and are guaranteed one OS upgrade. There is speculation that the Android One program will be expanded to the U.S. later this year.
