Nokia 7 is one of the smartphones launched by HMD that are exclusive to China. However, rumor has it, the Finnish handset maker plans to release the Nokia 7 (or the Nokia 6 2018) in the United States in the coming months.The phones HMD will launch in the US will feature support for major carriers in the country, but it's unlikely they will support CDMA networks. Moreover, HMD may introduce or remove specific features to make its products compliant (and competitive) with the US market.
