ZTE is still a threat to the U.S. says the FCC

Back in October 2012, a draft report issued by the U.S.House of Representatives' Intelligence Committee said that following an 11 month investigations. that the FCC has agreed that ZTE should continue to be designated as a U.S. national security threat. The U.S. communications agency is concerned that telecom gear produced by ZTE can be used to spy on American companies and consumers.
