A15 Bionic chip for iPhone 13 5G set to enter production in May

The Apple A15 Bionic, set to be used inside the iPhone 13 5G, will enter production in May. The chip is based on TSMC's enhanced 5-nanometer production process and should also be used inside the mini-LED iPad Air (2021).
