T-Mobile is accused of lying to California regulators to get Sprint merger approved

The California Public Utilities Commission says that T-Mobile lied about its plan to give Dish three years before it planned to shut Sprint's legacy 3D CDMA. Instead, T-Mobile plans on a January 1st shutdown.
