A15 Bionic chipset running the iPhone 13 series and the iPad mini has 15 billion transistors

The new A15 Bionic chipset that Apple will use on the iPhone 13 series and the iPad mini will contain a whopping 15 billion transistors compared to the 11.8 billion on the A14 Bionic.
