Google executive invites Apple to add RCS to the iPhone to end Blue vs. Green bubble war

Google Senior Vice President Hiroshi Lockheimer sent a tweet that between the lines asked Apple to support Google's Rich Communication Service (RCS), an iMessage competitor.
