Verizon officially buys TracFone, Straight Talk and Walmart Family users keep the LifeLine subsidy

Verizon got its purchase of TracFone approved, and expressed 'commitment to Lifeline" for low-income Walmart Family Mobile, Straight Talk, or Simple Mobile users.
