Apple's iOS 11 beta 9 now available for registered developers and public beta testers

Just three days after iOS 11 beta 8 was made available to registered developers and public beta testers, iOS 11 beta 9 was pushed out today. The urgency with which Apple pushed out the new build suggests that something important had gone awry in iOS 11 beta 8, which means that it probably makes sense for developers and public beta testers to install the new update when possible.
