Google Assistant is coming to Android TV, NVIDIA Shield TV gets it first

Six months after it promised to bring its Assistant to Android TV, Google kept its promise and announced the digital personal assistant will be rolled out to select devices starting today.

The first device to benefit from Google's Assistant is NVIDIA Shield TV, while the Sony Bravia TVs will get it in the coming months.

Google Assistant will arrive on the Shield TV as an update, so make sure that you accept the update and press the remote's mic button after the device restarts.
