Motorola is updating the Moto X Pure Edition to Android 7.0 Nougat in the US

It's been almost a year since Motorola didn't release any updates for the Moto X Pure Edition in the United States, not even the usual security patches that Google launches every month.

If you've been holding on to this particular smartphone in the hopes that Motorola will finally do the right thing, then you're in luck. Apparently, many Moto X Pure Edition owners across the United States report they have successfully captured the long-awaited Android 7.0 Nougat update.
