A benchmark test run on Geekbench seems to indicate that LG is testing the new Android 8.0 (Oreo) build of the operating system on the LG G6. The unlocked international version of the phone with the model number of LG-H870, was benchmarked with Android 8.0 running the show. The LG G6 launched earlier this year with Android 7.0 Nougat pre-installed.
