Samsung to kick off Android 8.0 Oreo beta program for Galaxy S8 as early as October 31

Rumor has it Samsung won't release any Android 8.0 Oreo updates until early 2018. If that's true, then a beta program should be in place before the year's end.

A new report claims Samsung will kick off the highly-anticipated Android 8.0 Oreo beta program for Galaxy S8 on October 31. However, not everyone with a Galaxy S8 will be able to enroll into Samsung's beta program.
