Apple's iOS 12 update now sits on 60% of devices, Tim Cook announces

Weeks after Apple's iOS 12 update reached an adoption rate of 50%, and just minutes after announcing the all-new iPad Pro lineup, Apple’s CEO Tim Cook announced that the level of installs seen by iOS 12 in its first month of release is higher than any previous update, including 2016’s iOS 10.
