Andy Rubin's Essential Phone should be released next month, will feature a new digital assistant


Officially announced earlier today, Andy Rubin's Essential smartphone is undoubtedly one of the most interesting handsets we've seen in recent years. The phone is partially made out of titanium (which provides extra toughness), sports a 5.7-inch near-bezel-less display with 1312 x 2560 pixels, and is powered by Qualcomm's mighty Snapdragon 835 processor - certainly, this device will go head to head with all the relevant flagships of 2017.
